Air-M on your phone (Android)
Approve requests, check and scan stock, and see your own payslips from an Android phone.
The app is for Android phones and is included in every plan.
Installing the app
The Air-M team sends the installer file (Air-M.apk) at activation, or whenever you ask at support@air-m.online. The app is not on Google Play.
- Open Air-M.apk on the Android phone (from WhatsApp, email or the Downloads folder).
- If the phone asks, allow install apps from this source for the app you used to open the file (for example WhatsApp or Files). You can switch that permission off again afterwards.
- Tap Install, then Open.
Only install a file you received directly from the Air-M team. Never install an Air-M file from anywhere else.
The Air-M phone app uses the same account as Air-M on a computer. Your role decides what you can see, exactly as on the web.
Signing in
- Choose Customer (the paid service) or 48-hour trial (a demo company).
- Enter your Air-M email and password, then Sign in.
- If two-step login is on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Two-step login is set up in Air-M on a computer (Team & settings), because it needs a QR code to be scanned. If your company requires it for your role and you have not set it up, the app asks you to do that on a computer first.
Four tabs

| Stock | Search items by name, SKU or barcode, or press Scan and point the camera at a barcode. Shows stock on hand, stock value and stock per warehouse. Only for roles that may see inventory. |

Payslips for employees
The app is first of all for management. A company can choose to let employees read their own payslips too: an owner or admin turns on Payslips in the phone app in Team & settings, then adds employees with the Employee role. Employee logins are free, do not count as users, and only see the My payslips and Account tabs. Payroll is still prepared, posted and paid by HR and Finance; employees only read their slip.
Payslips not showing?
Check that Payslips in the phone app is turned on. Payslips are matched by the email on your employee record. Ask HR to open Human Capital → Employees → Edit and enter the same email as your Air-M login. Only posted payslips are shown; drafts are never visible.
Still done on a computer
Managing the team and two-step login, counting or moving stock, creating documents, and all other modules.
Security
- The session is kept in the phone's secure storage and ends after 8 hours, as on the web.
- The camera is only used to read barcodes; no photo or video is stored or sent.
- Lost your phone? An owner or admin can Reset password for you in Team & settings; every old session, including on the phone, ends at once.
