Bank reconciliation
Import bank statements (CSV) from BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI and other banks, match them automatically with the ledger, and book bank charges.
Open Finance → Bank reconciliation.
Importing a statement
- Download the account statement in CSV format from internet banking (KlikBCA Bisnis, Livin' by Mandiri/MCM, BRImo/QLola, BNIdirect and others).
- Click Import statement and choose the file. Air-M recognises the date, description and amount columns automatically. Check the column choices:
- Banks with separate Credit and Debit columns: fill in both.
- Banks with one amount column and a DB/CR marker: fill in the amount column and the marker column.
- Choose the bank account in the ledger (usually 1102 Bank – Operasional). Enter the statement's closing balance if you want it compared with the book balance.
Matching
- Automatic: each statement line is matched with an entry in the bank account with the same amount and the closest date (at most 5 days apart). Each book entry is used only once.
- Match: choose the right book entry from the list. Only exactly equal amounts can be matched.
- Book: for transactions not recorded yet, for example admin fees, interest or tax on interest. Choose the other account; Air-M posts the journal and matches it straight away.
- Ignore: for lines that do not need recording. Undo reverses a match.
- Customer receipts and vendor payments are best recorded on the invoice or bill, then click Match again.
The statement is fully reconciled when every line is matched and the book balance equals the statement's closing balance.
